place sucks! everyone is so lazy! and they really don't care about their tenants. Don't live here unless it's your last resort...and maybe even then a cardboard box on the street with a bum or two might be better. At least a bum knows how to hustle more than those lazy people at the pentacle.  Need to rent an apartment?
