I have live here for 3 years now and this complex has a serious mice infestation . In one week I have caught 6 mice and the only thing that maintainence did was patch 2 holes up owith steel wool pads which I ocould've done myself. When I went back through each room I noticed 4 more holes. But other than the pest problem the apartment complex is fine.  Need to rent an apartment?
