Apartment Review for Altamont Condominiums - Washington, DC

This is the worst place I've ever been a tenant in. The condo association and the actual owner of the condo were both horrible. The heat never worked in the bed rooms and there is no AC in the warm months. The grounds were tended to ever now and then and the buliding security is horrid. The laundy room machines work sometimes and the mailbox doors eventually fall off. I mean how much more could a person take.
