Apartment Review for Ainger Place Development - Washington, DC

I would never, ever recommend anyone to move here; not unless they were desperate. This place is right in the heart of drugs, violence and theft, and a mass of unlawful children. The only reason i feel safe sometimes, is because there are 3 churches surrounding the apartment building. The only plus about this place, is that there is an abundance of living space in each apartment and the rent is very low. This place gets a 10% from me.
