Apartment Review for The Elm - Washington, DC

This place is old and in desperate need of new carpets, clean air vents and new floors but it's in a great neighborhood and its right next to the metro. Parking is expensive ($40 a month) and no pets, but it's clean and the location is fantastic. The Landlords are super nice and very accommodating- even at 10 pm when you lock yourself out of the building. While its no Ritz, I would recommend this apt :D
