Apartment Review for Gables Dupont Circle - Washington, DC

Apartments of the same size and quality can be found for up to 50% cheaper in the area. Managment is terrible, they keep sending you bills and warnings even though you have paid and given copies of everything. They loose paperwork all the time (should not be rocket science for a place of this size). Concierges are great (if they would stop firing them). Place to store bikes but theft is high. Overall a nice place to live expect for the management.
