Apartment Review for Chatham Court - Washington, DC

This is a great ca. 1920 building that is very well run and reasonably priced. If you are willing to trade some modern amenities (no dishwasher, i.e.) for great floor plans, much more space than in most DC apartments, nice detail, hardwood floors, and a fabulous resident manager, this is the place for you. Literally in the heart of Adams Morgan and right on the 42 bus line, this is a very convenient location for anyone who does not automatically equare Metro Rail with transportation. Although with the new Columbia Heights Metro only blocks away, it is now fairly convenient to Metro Rail as well as Metro Bus.
