Apartment Review for 4000 Massachusetts Ave. - Washington, DC

I've lived here for 2 1/2 years. I loved it initially. But then started finding management be be a little obnoxious in my dealings with them. Then my car got stripped for parts IN the parking garage. Apparently some doors leading outside don't have locks. This happened about 4 months ago. Around the same time an apartment got broken into. They got a security guard for a little bit but that's it. No real changes in security have been made. And it can get really noisy. I am planning on moving out soon
