Apartment Review for 3801 Connecticut Avenue - Washington, DC

WARNING: Since the manager (Bonnie) departed in 2006 and the new manager arrived, the water and the air-conditioning are not working almost every other day. The building has two elevators but one of them is ALWAYS out of order.

This buildings hallways are dark and often stinky. The rent goes up 10-15% each year. The only good thing about this building is that it is located two blocks from the Cleveland Park Metro. For this location youll have to pay $1500+ per month for one bedroom  if you can afford it.
