Apartment Review for 325 Decatur Street - Washington, DC

The building is a complete ripoff. It has the worst appearance of any building in the neighborhood. The landlord won't cut the grass or make any routine repairs. Maintenance is completely nonexistent. The rent is too high for a building infested with mice and roaches. When the landlord is forced to fix something she hires workmen who are sloppy and incompetent. The owner manages the building and she is a miserable excuse fo a landlord. When asked about the buildings awful state the landlord tells you stupid lies about how many applicants she had waiting to rent your unit. This a four unit building and the people living there are good folks. They deserve a lot better for the money being paid. The owner/landlord is a greedy, inconsiderate slob who won't even fix broken windows, lousy plumbing or leaky ceilings. The tenants should get paid to live in this building. Avoid this place because the owner/landlord is Stuck On Stupid!!!!
