Great location, terrible maintenance. Maintenance requests routinely ignored, hazardous problems not fixed, maintenance guy gives tenant apt. keys to subcontractors who enter apartments without notice and without any supervision. These apatments were probably a decent deal when rents were low, but now they're market rate and probably not worth it.  Need to rent an apartment?
