Apartment Review for 2359 Ontario Road - Washington, DC

Although hot water is included in the lease, I have not taken a hot shower in weeks. There is no parking to speak of, the front door has not had a working lock on it since we moved in and it has been smashed in for a week and a half, one weekend I went away and came back to changed locks (for no reason), the pilot light on my stove has been broken since I moved in, the call box doesn't work for our number, and we do not have the screens that were promised to us the first month we moved in. There are homeless people that occasionally sleep in the fire stairs and the stairwells almost always smell of urine.
