Apartment Review for 1441 Harvard - Washington, DC

The apartment was ok if... you don't mind walking up 4 flights of stairs, don't mind not having AC or even a window unit supplied, having access to your heat controlled at someone else's whim (someone else that doesn't even live in the building), low water pressure on the high floors, having a hard time to park because the street is zoned for rush hour and you have to battle for a parking space on the left side of the street. Also there is not enough closet space and the kitchen has no room to move around. However it is a block and half away from the Columbia Heights metro, the management staff is somewhat friendly and looks after you.
