Our properties vary in size from studio apartments to two-bedroom townhouses, with prices from $2,500 to $6,500 monthly. All inclusive rates provide utilities, expanded cable, unlimited local phone service with voice mail, and high-speed DSL Internet service along with any additional building amenities and taxes. Parking and housekeeping services are available for an additional charge although a small number of our properties do include parking in the monthly rate. Clients are offered the flexibility of a sixty (60) day minimum stay that automatically extends with only a thirty (30) day written notice required to vacate.
