Pros: large, spacious apt, all uilities included, quick response from maintenance for repairs, quiet complex, intercom at entrance which is accessible only with key. Cons: mice, $60/month in addition to rent to operate window units during the summer, mice, old building, no carpeting, no exhaust over stoves, mice, no garbage disposals, and street parking which is extremely limited and subject to restricted hours during the day---tenants are frequently ticketed for as little as $30 - $100/violation, and last, but not the least, mice! |
