The super who lives in the building is great but otherwise the office staff is terribly lazy so don't expect any of your problems to be solved. They close each day for about two hours for lunch. This is inconvenient when trying to pick up packages since the office is only open from 9-5. Noise is horrific and management doesn't care or even appologize if you encounter difficulty with noise. DON'T LIVE HERE.
