There is not central air so you have to get your own air conditioner. It is very roach in fested...so much so that the bug man has to come every week or so. It is recently renovated but that does not help the overpriced rent of $885 for an efficiancy and over 1000 dollars for one bedroom. The only positive is the great location. Terrible parking...we got a ticket almost every week. |
