They increased my rent by $320 dollars at once without any upgrades and are trying to force low income families into the street. Their Community Manager has the nastiest attitude and will switch from being nice and sweet to horrible once you sign a lease. I lived there for a few years and would never rent from a property owned by Edgewood Management again after seeing what they did to those families. Don't be fooled, Edgewood Management, Community Preservation and Development Corporation (CPDC) and Mid City Financial Corporation is one entity.
