Rental office personnel are extremely friendly, polite and helpful, but not intrusive. Security is vigilant but not annoyingly so and also extremely friendly. The prices are high, but it's a popular area in the nation's capital so that's to be expected. I live in a studio that is small but a good size for just me. I don't feel cramped, although I would love a 1-bedroom (too expensive). I moved in at the beginning of summer and while in other places I have always had to combat roaches and other nefarious creatures, I have had no problems all summer - a first for me. I have also had no security issues and have not heard of any. I don't have a car so I can't comment on anything parking-related. All in all I am very happy that I chose the Park Monroe over other buildings in the area.
