The Management Company name is NOVO Development, they represent many properties around Washington DC, there website on available apartments is www.novodev.com. I can only speak for the The McKinley located at 4925 North Capitol Street, NE I moved into my apartment in August of 2003, since then, the leasing agent I been working with (there are a few who work for the company) has been great. The apartment is well lit and nicely painted. They even had a cleaning crew come in and clean our apartment before we moved in just to eliminate dust and dirt collection from the apartment not being vacated. We did have some problems with vermin in the latter winter months of 2004 but the management office came right away to assist us with our problem (I truly think this is a District problem, not just an apartment complex problem..if management attends to the problem with sincere effort, shortly after the problem is reported.) They respond to complaints quickly, they are friendly, and thus far I love working with them. I really don't have any major complaints about the property I presently reside in and I encourage prospective tenants to look at the website for more information on other properties they are renting.
