Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  7/16/05      Rate This Apartment     I moved into my apartment in the Heights (East) in April, and I have loved this place since! The Office staff is very friendly, maintenance is right on... I called once at 12AM (just got home from work) because I had no hot water, and the maintenance guy called back 10 minutes later to say he would be by first thing in the morning... and he was! The building I am in is quiet... sometimes you hear the weekend noise - but very rarely. Parking is great - you get one space with the apartment and there is always a spot open. The neighborhood is nice as well... the complex is gated, and it is practically right on the campus of CUA, so it is well lit and well patrolled. The metro is about a 15 minute walk on a very well lit street also. The nice thing about this place is that their rent is much lower than other places, but the apartments are MUCH better than other places I have looked at in areas like Woodley Park, Adams Morgan, Dupont, etc. This was definitely a good move.
