Nice spacious efficiencies - which overlook an extremely noisy highway 100 feet away so your balcony will be unusable. That's OK with most tenents, who just use them to store their stolen shopping carts. Only one elevator out of three works reliably, so you had better enjoy stairs or waiting. Walls are thin, so you will hear your neighbors every move. An increasing number of low income tenants have been moving in, with all the associated joys that entails - noise, disruption, crime, garbage scattered around, etc. I decided to move after being aggressively panhandled for change in my hallway and seeing one too many police incidents in or around the building. |
