THE LARGE BUILDING ON 28TH ST SE IS A FOUNDATION READY TO CRUMBLE...LEAKY CEILINGS,TRASHY BUILDINGS,RODENTS AND DRUG DEALERS ARE A REAL NUISSANCE.LET A LONE YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THAT YOU ALSO HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE PROBLEMS NEVER BEING FIXED AND BARAC SUING YOU FOR NON PAYMENT WHEN THEY ALL READY BREECHED THE CONTRACT.............. |
