And what does the rental office say? "Oh, sorry that's not our responsibility." When anything in your apartment breaks, count on not having it fixed for WEEKS. The office staff is completely disconnected and will only act when you go in person and absolutely pitch a fit. I wouldn't recommend this place. You are completely on your own if anything goes wrong. PS- Connecticut Avenue is extremely loud and has constant buses and firetrucks going back and forth keeping you awake. AND there are mice in the workout room.yum.
