Parking is normally not a problem and it is very safe as it is close in proximity to a police station. The problems though are many. Old apartments which are barely adequately maintained. There is nothing wrong with an older apartment if it is maintained well. These normally aren't. Grass and trees are not well taken care of and are non existant in some places. And last but not least, the rental office staff are "interesting." If you don't have to deal with them, your experience will be a WHOLE lot better. Having said all of that, I would recommend it ONLY because it is all utilities included. Not many of those around these days so that has to be their main selling point. UPDATE!!!
