Those are the only perks to living here. I would strongly recommend against moving to Park Crest. There are too many issues to cover in a short medium like this, so I will just highlight a few: -My neighbors have allowed their dog to poop in the building and have not cleaned it up. Management was slow to address this and still has not gotten anyone in the complex to master picking up their dog's poop from the lawns. -The plumbing is awful - water temperature fluctuates and water is often turned off for repairs. Pipes clog easily. -The walls are paper thin - I can hear every word in my neighbors' apartments. And there are many students here who are enjoy throwing parties. -Heating is awful. My window air conditioner is an antique. -Management seems nice and on top of things when they take your call. Then nothing happens. Things are left unrepaired. Fuses blow all the time and the staff has to change them (no fuse box in the apartment). -There are far too few washers and dryers for the number of residents in the building. When I looked at the apartment I asked if there were problems, because there seemed like so few, and was told
