Be peaceful, Quiet and don't disturb others or you will be asked to leave. One baby boy on site who I hear sometimes, but I can deal with that. I feel secure with resident managers on site. I can catch many buses and can even walk to Metro on nice days. We can decorate our apts and add features we want. This is not a "luxury" building, but we can make our apts as nice as we want. The rent is so reasonable that for those of us who live here, its worth paying to add the features offered by luxury apts ourselves without paying the "luxury rent" rates. We also get discounts for maintaining our apt, which I think is Great!
