This apartment is great - washer and dryer in the apt, dishwasher, 1 1/2 bath, and is a great size. However, it is a bit old and hasn't been renovated in some time. The kitchen should be redone as well as the bathrooms. They are kidding themselves with some of the prices they are trying to charge for these apt. With a bit of negotiating you can get the rent significantly lowered. |
