Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  10/22/04      Rate This Apartment     The office staff is rude no matter what! They do not provide service and half the stuff they promise in their glitzy brochure is not true! For instance, they claim that they will gladly hold packages for you and notify you when they arrive BUT they fail to tell you that they will notify you at their convenience (ie 2 wks later!). Also all apts claim to be 'cable ready' but my apts cable line was cut and the office told me it was 'my problem' to get it fixed so I call the cable co. and they come to fix and say the line is cut below in another apt. so I tell mngmt, response? 'you have to coordinate to get it fixed with the 6 apt's directly under you! Finally, another 2 months later the appt. date is set up by both the cable and office and the cable co comes to fix only to be told that they 'don't have enough staff' to let him in the apts that are 10 ft away! The 3 girls there though have plenty of time to stand outside, smoke, surf the net, and chat on the office phone to friends. Cable co calls me to say they can't do the job, I call office to find out what's going on and this is the verbatim response, 'it is not our problem, the apt is cable ready (*um no...what part of cable ready is unclear?)' and when I said 'I don't think not being able to get cable is cable ready' she says 'WOuld you shut up so I can finish!' Yup so if you rent from here expect to get treated like an imposer and not a customer.
