Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  6/13/06      Rate This Apartment     Gelmarc Towers has a great location in Adams Morgan. I lived here for over a year before moving to start school. The rent was fairly cheap ($1250 for a one bedroom with all utilities included) and we could walk to the metro and any place in adams morgan or dupont circle. The biggest problem was parking. It costs an extra $160 a month to park in the garage or you have to park on the street. It was hard finding street parking at night and I got a lot of parking tickets. But, other than that I REALLY liked the apartment and the view we had from our living room. I definitely recommend the building for people who want to live in the hippest part of DC.
