Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  8/18/05      Rate This Apartment     You can't beat the location, but the building is very old. While the management does all they can to keep up with deterioration, plumbing, appliances and elevators are always breaking down. The largest complaint is the A/C which is supposed to be central air, but does not cool the units below 80 in the summer. The staff is friendly and nice and the building is kept clean and secure.
