I really loved living at Carmel Plaza for the 5 years I was there. Management was great, maintenance great, it was always clean, vacuumed and shining. The noise level was extremely low since the apartments sit on the overpass. I felt very safe living on the 5th floor. Someone tried to break into the unit once and could not penetrate the metal doors. That only happened once. |
