The apartment was fine, though a little expensive. But the managemente was just awful, They say they have a "friendly touch", which to me and several tenants means "I'll fix it if I am in a good mood", or "I'll call you back only if I consider you among my select group of friends". Some apartments eventually have a strong cigarette odor and sometimes even garbage smell and management said "Your problem; if you don't like it, just let me know when you are moving out". We are three couple of friends with endless stories about the terrible management in the Brandywine. Now, two of the couples moved to another building in Cleveland Park. We just moved to another apt in Tenleytown for same price, and we are loving it.
