Stay Away From Mass Ave Side Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  12/14/05      Rate This Apartment     I lived in the Belvedere 2 years and was pretty happy with it. The main issue I had was the noise .... not from within the building or the tenants but with the street traffic and fire station nearby. If I were to do it all over again I would not have a unit facing Massachusetts Ave. The side facing M Street would probably be best... and the side facing 13th second best. Its too bad about the noise because the side facing Mass Ave is the sunniest!
