They management 4 different properties in the area (THE PENTACLE, BENNING COURT, AZZEZE BATES, & IVY CITY), they also have unexperienced maintenance staff that can't get the job done. When you call for service it will propably take you calling another 10 times and then someone showing up in about 3months to a year. I lived on that property way pass my time. On 15th st side it's like living close to heaven and on the 16th st side it's like living in hell. If you live in the court it can be quite and that's because the windows are so thick. Do not move here unless you dont mind living any kind of way. TRUST ME!
