Building is 3/4 obnoxious American University Students. While apartments and building itself is absolutely gorgeous, tenants are CRAP. It's a pity -- because the management team here is stellar and really care about tenants and the building. However, the need to stop renting to AU students, or at least make it very, very hard for them to get it. Some apartments have five-six students PER UNIT. Students ruin it. Constantly running from party to party in elevators, halls -- drunk and rowdy, loud, create chaos, set of fire alarms at all hours of night and morning -- create a TOTAL dorm atmosphere. It's a nightmare. Rent here only if you love dorm life and don't mind having alcohol spilled on you in the elevator at 1am by five stupid students in an elevator. The professsional people and families in the building are very fed up, and many are moving out -- including me.
